Book authors
Ann S. Litt, M.S., R.D., and Faye Berger Mitchell, R.D., are the creators of Be Your Own Boss—The Basics of Starting a Private Practice, a workshop that has been presented to dietetics professional nationwide for more than ten years. Ann S. Litt, M.S., R.D., has been in private practice since 1980, specializing in assisting in assisting teenagers and young adults develop normal eating habits. She is a published author and a regular contributor to Washington Parent and
Washington Post.

Faye Berger Mitchell, R.D., specializes in eating disorders, weight management, and women’s nutrition. A spokesperson, public speaker, and support group facilitator, Faye is frequently quoted in the Washington Post.
